What is 5S management ?

5S is a workplace organization methodology that originated in Japan. It is commonly associated with Lean manufacturing and is used to create an organized, clean, and efficient work environment. The 5S methodology focuses on improving productivity, safety, and overall quality by eliminating waste and standardizing work processes.

  4. Standardize (Seiketsu)
